Return and Refund Policy – Qamar
At Qamar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully below.
Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete after delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
